These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Candru website and the purchase of products from Candru, Inc. (“Candru,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the site or place any orders.

Sales and Returns

Candru sells automotive parts and accessories to customers worldwide. All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is placed. Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If you receive a defective or incorrect part, you may contact the product’s manufacturer directly to initiate a warranty claim. Candru will assist by providing order information to the manufacturer, but Candru itself does not accept returns or issue refunds.

Payment

Candru does not process or store payment information. All payments are securely handled by third-party payment processors (such as Stripe, PayPal, or others). When you place an order, you authorize our chosen payment provider to charge your payment method for the total amount of the order. Candru receives confirmation of payment and order details but does not have access to your full payment data.

Pricing and Orders

All prices are listed on the website and include any applicable taxes as displayed. We strive for accuracy, but Candru is not responsible for typographical or clerical errors. In the event of a pricing mistake on an order, Candru reserves the right to cancel the order and refund your payment. Candru also reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason (for example, if there is insufficient stock or suspected fraud).

Manufacturer Warranties

Products sold on this site may be covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. Candru makes no additional warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer. The duration and terms of any warranty vary by product and manufacturer. To use a warranty, you must follow the manufacturer’s instructions, which typically involve contacting the manufacturer or an authorized service center. Candru will provide any necessary proof of purchase or order number to assist with a valid warranty claim, but we have no control over the manufacturer’s warranty decisions.

Force Majeure: Candru is not responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including natural disasters, strikes, or supplier issues).

This content is either owned by Candru or used with permission.
